We should be studying. . .

But Catherine, Stephanie and I took a well-deserved break at the local woods to enjoy the quiet snow.

And we saw some deer. . .

And we got a little lazy and found some tire tracks around the horse track that were easy to skin in. . .

The snow will melt and re-freeze tomorrow, which is good--now I'll be able to study without having the white snow beckoning me. . .

One final down, six to go.

Those smelly first-years only have three finals, and the cranky second-years only have four (although. . .they did get stuck with a lot of group orjects this month).

So, this year I vow NOT to do what I did during finals week last year: pump my blood full of caffienated, sugary beverages and junk food to support four all-nighters in a row.

Nope, from here on out to the last final it's all fruits and veggies, soy-based smoothies, vitamin shots, herbal teas and plenty of rest for me.

(Yeah, right. We'll see how I'm doing on this resolution in a couple days)

Rebecca, if you're reading this (which you just might be, since you're always online playing poker--and somehow still manage a gazillion A's), call me back so we can take advantage of this perfect snow before it melts then re-freezes. It's no fun skiing on crunchy snow.

If she doesn't call me back, anyone in the C-U area who can fit into a men's size 8/ women's size 9 ski shoe is welcome to relieve me of my study duty and help me try out my cross country skis. The snow is PERFECT.
